We had been looking at a lot of homes by going to Open Houses. Then we met Mika at one Open House. She just impressed us with how much she knew and how generous she was with her knowledge and time. We had given Mika a difficult job of selling the house in 2 weeks as we wanted to close on another house that we had already put an offer on. In the middle of a major California fire when people were reluctant to venture out, the Thanksgiving and year-end holidays, and a slowing winter market, Mika was not only able to get multiple offers and but also got the buyer to increase their offer by 50,000 dollars.
